What a kiosk knows about you.

Seenu Kiosk collects the minimum needed to take your order. This page lists everything we collect, how long we keep it, and who sees it. No fine print elsewhere.

What we collect

Your order - the items you select, dine in or take out, and the order number. Orders are processed by the restaurant's point-of-sale system (for example, Square).
Payment - card payments are handled by the restaurant's payment processor on a card terminal. Seenu Tech never sees or stores your full card number.
Mobile phone number - only if you choose to enter it to receive a text when your order is ready.

How we use it

To take your order and hand it to the restaurant's kitchen.
To send one text message when your order is ready, if you asked for it.
To keep the kiosk working - anonymous device health data (online status, software version, printer status). This contains nothing about you.

How long we keep it

Your mobile number: deleted 24 hours after your order.
Order records live in the restaurant's point-of-sale system under the restaurant's own retention policy.
We keep aggregate counts (orders per day, messages sent) that do not identify you.

Who sees it

The restaurant you ordered from sees your order and, if you entered one, your number for that order.
Our messaging provider (Twilio) processes the text message delivery.
We do not sell your information and do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
