H 21.5-inch: $1,799 desktop / $1,999 floor stand. X 23.8-inch: $1,999 desktop / $2,299 floor stand. Each price includes the kiosk and selected base. Software is $89/month per kiosk, and standard installation is included. Square Terminal, shipping, tax, extra equipment, Square processing fees, merchant-selected Square paid services, and work outside the agreed scope are separate.

You pay one monthly amount for 24 months: H $169 desktop or $179 floor stand, X $189 desktop or $199 floor stand. It covers the kiosk, the software, and standard installation. The first month and the last two months are paid at signing. After the last payment the kiosk is yours, and software continues at $89/month. If you end the plan early, the remaining hardware balance is due.

One on-site installation within the agreed service area, with power and internet ready. Square connection after merchant authorization, or standalone configuration alongside another POS. Menu and option setup using the item names, prices, photos, and modifiers you provide. Your logo, colors, and images applied within existing Seenu Kiosk features. Order, payment, receipt, and agreed order-routing checks, plus basic staff guidance. New features, full menu photography or design, major revisions, extra visits, long-distance travel, and construction are outside the base scope.

No. A Square Terminal for kiosk card payments is separate from the kiosk price. We confirm whether your existing terminal can be used or an additional device is needed, and quote any required equipment before ordering. Do not assume your counter terminal can serve both stations at once.

The per-kiosk subscription includes the ordering software, updates while the subscription is active, and basic remote technical support. It is not a hardware warranty. The billing start date and subscription terms are confirmed in writing before ordering.

Seenu does not add a per-order percentage fee. Square processing fees and any Square paid services you choose are charged separately under your merchant account's terms. We confirm the applicable payment setup; existing rates are not automatically guaranteed.

Square POS connects directly. With Toast, Clover, or another POS, Seenu Kiosk runs independently alongside it, without syncing orders, menus, or reports to that POS. Kiosk card payments use a Square account and a separate Square Terminal. We confirm the kitchen order workflow and any printer or KDS requirements before installation.

Hardware coverage, exclusions, support hours, return conditions, and subscription cancellation terms are provided with the written quote and order documents before you confirm. Existing customers keep the terms of their signed agreements.
