Larger checks than other in-store channels
On the Q1 2024 earnings call, CFO Katie Fogertey told investors that kiosk checks ran a high-teens percentage above other in-store ordering channels, crediting stronger upsells. Restaurant Dive reported that kiosks had become the company's largest and most profitable ordering channel.

Square POS connects directly. With Toast, Clover, or another POS, Seenu Kiosk runs independently alongside it, without syncing orders, menus, or reports to that POS. Kiosk card payments use Square. Kitchen order delivery and any printer or KDS compatibility are confirmed before installation.
Square Terminal is not included in the kiosk hardware price. We check whether an existing unit can be used or a dedicated terminal is needed, along with power, internet, and any kitchen equipment.
H has a 21.5-inch screen; X has a 23.8-inch screen. Both have desktop and floor-stand configurations. We review available space and the customer ordering path before choosing a model.
Setup applies your provided menu, prices, options, logo, colors, and images within existing Seenu Kiosk features. New feature development and full menu photography or design are quoted separately.
The active software subscription includes updates and basic remote technical support. Hardware warranty coverage, support hours, and any on-site service terms are confirmed in the written order.
