What Seenu Salon OS knows about you.

Seenu Salon OS answers calls and texts for salons. This page lists what it collects when you call or text a salon, how it is used, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

Your phone number - from caller ID or the number you text from.
What you say and write to Shelly - call recordings (each call says it is recorded), transcripts and text messages.
Booking details - your name, the services, stylist, date and time, and your visit history at that salon.
For salon staff: the mobile number the salon owner saves for them, and the schedule changes they text.

Text messaging

You receive texts from Seenu Salon OS only after you text a salon's number first, after you agree on a call to receive your appointment's confirmation and reminders, or, for salon staff and owners, after consent is recorded in the dashboard. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data are collected only to run the program described in the SMS Terms and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we use it

To answer your call or text, check open times, and book, change or cancel your appointment.
To show the salon its bookings, call and text history, and customer records in its dashboard.
To send your appointment's confirmation and reminders, if you agreed to them.
To text a stylist about their own bookings, and the salon owner about new bookings if the owner turned that on.
On a call, Shelly asks before looking up your past visits by your number. On a text, your number is used to find your booking.

Who sees it

The salon you called or texted sees your conversation and booking details.
Service providers process it only to run the service: Twilio (calls and texts), Google Gemini (understanding and writing replies), ElevenLabs (Shelly's voice), Supabase (data storage) and Vercel (hosting).
We do not sell your information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

Conversation records and call recordings are kept for the salon until the salon deletes them or asks us to.
To have your records deleted, email hello@seenutech.com with your phone number and the salon's name. We delete them within 30 days.
