1. 살롱은 웹사이트, Google Business Profile, 매장 안내문, 인쇄 브로슈어에 Seenu Salon OS 번호를 아래 안내문과 함께 게시합니다. 체험용 번호는 seenutech.com/salonos의 (551) 310-2878 아래에 안내문이 있습니다.
2. 손님이 번호로 문자를 보내 대화를 시작합니다. 그 메시지가 답장을 받겠다는 요청입니다.
3. Shelly는 그 대화 안에서 답합니다. 첫 답장에는 서비스 이름과 중단 방법이 적혀 있습니다: "- Seenu Salon OS. Reply STOP to opt out."
4. 손님이 문자로 예약하면 예약 확정 답장에 다음 문장이 추가됩니다: "We'll text you a reminder the day before and an hour before. Reply NO REMINDERS to turn them off." 그 예약에 대해 이후 발송되는 문자는 이 알림 2건뿐입니다.
5. 전화에서는 예약이 확정된 직후 Shelly가 묻습니다: "Would you like a text confirmation, plus reminders the day before and an hour before?" 분명하게 동의한 경우에만 문자가 켜지며, 답변과 그 시각은 고객 기록에 저장됩니다. 확인 문자에는 살롱 이름과 중단 방법이 적혀 있습니다.
6. STOP, START, HELP는 메시징 사업자(Twilio)가 처리합니다. STOP이라고 답장한 손님에게는 더 이상 문자가 가지 않습니다.

살롱 직원: 사장님이 디자이너마다 동의를 기록합니다

1. 디자이너가 살롱 사장님에게 휴대폰 번호를 알려 주고 예약 문자 수신에 동의합니다.
2. 사장님은 사장님 PIN으로 보호되는 Seenu Salon OS 대시보드에 번호를 저장합니다. 양식에는 별도의 선택 동의 체크박스가 있습니다: "I agree to receive text messages from Seenu Salon OS at this number: booking notifications, one text per booking, change or cancellation. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." 체크박스는 미리 체크되어 있지 않으며, 체크하지 않고도 번호를 저장할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 그 디자이너에게는 문자가 가지 않습니다.
3. 이후 디자이너는 본인의 예약이 생기거나, 옮겨지거나, 변경되거나, 취소될 때마다 문자 1건을 받으며, 언제든 STOP이라고 답장할 수 있습니다.
4. 살롱 사장님도 같은 방식의 체크되지 않은 동의 체크박스로 사장님 본인의 휴대폰 번호에 새 예약 문자를 켤 수 있습니다: "I agree to receive text messages from Seenu Salon OS at this number: a notification for each new booking. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
